May 22, 2023 - Hacker Mediation Response Delays
Due to an influx in Hacker Mediation requests, in tandem with the recent transition to our new ticketing platform, Freshdesk, delays in responses to hacker mediation requests continue. Creating new tickets to request updates may cause further delays in response time. We are treating responding to any untouched Hacker Mediation concerns with urgency at this time.

May 22, 2023 - Invitation Errors
05/22/23 1:03pm PT - We have been made aware of an issue regarding invitations, where an invitation to a private program is received and accepted, however the hacker then does not have access to the actual program.
We are looking into what caused this issue and will update this advisory when there is additional information to share. We ask that you refrain from contacting Support about this particular concern, as we devote our resources to determining the root cause of the issue. Thank you for your understanding!
05/22/23 1:35pm PT - This invitation error concern has since been resolved. Please create a ticket with Support if you are still experiencing the same issue.
