How do we fix a two-factor authentication problem?

Your team can set up two-factor authentication using any device capable of generating TOTP authentication codes (RFC-6238). We recommend installing either Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile.

When setting up your two-factor authentication you will receive backup codes that can be used to recover access to your account in the event of a lost or misplaced 2FA client.

In case you don't have any backup codes yet you can get them from your authentication settings page.

If you’ve lost access to your two-factor authentication key (ie, your phone was
reset) and don't have any backup codes, please file a support request. We will validate your identity and get you back up and running.
