Setting Response SLAs

To set your program’s response SLAs, configure the number of business days.

To customize your program’s response SLAs:

  1. Go to Settings > Program > Response SLA.
  2. Input target days for your program.
Note: To edit response SLA settings for your program you need to have program permissions.



Note: Modified targets will be applied to reports created after the modification. Reports created before modification will have previous SLA targets applied.
