Setting Response Targets

To set your program’s response targets, configure the number of business days.

To customize your program’s response targets:

  1. Go to Settings > Program > Response Targets.
  2. Input the target days for your program.
  3. (Optional) Set targets for time to resolution by severity. To set targets by severity:
    • Select the check box for Advanced: Set target by severity.
    • Input the target in days for each severity level. 
Note: To edit response target settings for your program you need to have program permissions.

Note: Modified targets will be applied to reports created after the modification. Reports created before modification will have previous targets applied.
